TRAFFIC ALERT
I-44 CLOSED at Night in Joplin April 17-19 to Set Girders for Connecticut Ave. Bridge
Where: I-44 between Exit 6 & Exit 8 in Joplin
What/When:
Both westbound lanes CLOSED: 9:30 p.m.-6:30 a.m., Tuesday into Wednesday, April 17-18
Both eastbound lanes CLOSED: 9:30 p.m.-6:30 a.m., Wednesday into Thursday, April 18-19
Traffic Impacts:
Drivers will be detoured using Main Street (Exit 6) to 32nd Street to Range Line Road (Exit 8) to I-44
Drivers can expect periodic nighttime lane closings for the duration of the project
All lanes of I-44 will be OPEN to traffic during daytime hours
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
