* TIMING...Early morning through midday Friday

* WINDS...Sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph
  possible.

* IMPACTS...Driving may become difficult for high profile
  vehicles, especially on west-east roadways where a crosswind
  will be present. Loose objects may also be blown around.
