1.  Bob Hockman name added to checking acct., mailing address changed on acct. to health dept.  

2.  Need President position filled to file state report, conduct other business.  John Harrington volunteered to serve for remainder of year.

Conducted e-mail vote Aug. 18, 2015 per Sec. 3.17 of By-Laws.  Results:

Voting Yes-Dan Pekarek, Tony Moehr, Eric Ferrill, Jim Jackson, John Harrington, Bob Hockman, Jeff Burkett.  Not voting-Jerry Carter, Jim Honey, Matt Barnhardt, Gary Roark

Need vote to accept vote results.

3.  MO. Sec . State Registration needs to be done before end of month but need President position filled first. Done

4.  KS. Sec. State Registration was done by KS. attorney 4/27/15.  Will have to do an annual report and pay fee in 2016.  Need to talk to that attorney for cost to continue this service.5.  IRS Form 990 was done for 2014 by KS. attorney.  Need to check with them for cost to continue this service.   

6.  Suggested we look into acquiring Officers Insurance even though low risk.  Working On.
