Four Carthage residents were injured in a two-vehicle accident 5:04 p.m. Wednesday on MO 571 at the south edge of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1997 Lincoln driven by Rose E. Denayer, 72, Carthage, made a left turn into the path of a 2007 Kia driven by Nicola J. Higgs, 39, Carthage.
Higgs and a passenger in her vehicle, Eric K. Higgs, 15, Carthage, refused treatment for minor injuries.
Denayer and a passenger in her car, Amy C. Denayer, 38, Carthage, were treated for minor injuries at Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital, Carthage.
