An Asbury woman was injured in a three-vehicle accident 3:22 p.m. Monday on MO 171, two miles north of Carl Junction.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1995 Ford F250 driven by Chase W. Plummer, 16, Carl Junction, failed to yield while crossing MO 171. A 2009 Honda Pilot driven by Rhonda D. Hittle, 62, Asbury, struck the Plummer vehicle in the rear. Debris from the crash struck a 2004 Infiniti G35 driven by Sterling C. Dunn, 21, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Hittle was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
