A Noel teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:10 p.m. Wednesday on Route EE, one mile east of Lanagan.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Cedsar Santillan, driving a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt, fell asleep, ran off the roadway, struck a tree and the car overturned.
Santillan was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
