1/12/18 Carolyn S. Johnson, 75 of Duenweg, was arrested for DWI.

1/12/18 Beau J. Blewer, 40 of Sarcoxie, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd.

1/13/18 Seth R. Nance, 36 of Carterville, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

1/14/18 Glenn D. Briggs III, 24 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

1/14/18 James A. Myers, 31 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
