A Joplin woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 1:36 p.m. today on I-49, nine miles north of Nevada.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Hyundai Sonata driven by Tonya A. Smith, 44, Joplin, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck the bridge rail and came to rest in the west ditch south of the bridge.
Smith was treated for minor injuries at Nevada Regional Medical Center.
