A Carthage teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 3:05 p.m. Sunday on I-49 west of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Honda Accord driven by Bailey E. Richmond, 18, Carthage, went off the left side of the roadway, came back on the roadway, went off the right side of the roadway, went airborne, struck a ditch, crossed the ramp and struck another embankment.
A passenger, Elizabeth Richmond, 15, Carthage, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
