Three people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 4 p.m. Saturday on Saratoga Road five miles east of Southwest City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Chrysler 200 driven by Shannon K. Beaty, 37, Muncie, Indiana, swerved to miss a dog on the roadway, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Beaty and two passengers, Daniel R. Tanner, 19, Noel, and Bobby R. Tygart, 64, Muncie, were treated for minor injuries at Integris Grove Hospital, Grove, Oklahoma.
