The Highway Patrol arrested a Webb City man on a Jasper County felony assault warrant following a traffic stop 1:52 p.m Sunday in Daviess County.
According to the Patrol report, Harvey D. Bond, 25, Webb City, was also charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, driving 89 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone, failure to register motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.
